Get the ration card application form from your district Food & Civil Supplies office or download from state portal.

Fill the Form
Fill all details: head of family name, address, Aadhaar numbers of all members, income proof.

Aadhaar card, address proof, income certificate, passport photo, existing ration card (if surrendering).

Submit & Get Receipt
Submit at tehsil/block office or CSC center. Get an acknowledgment receipt with application number.
