Say hello.
I built NagrikIQ because navigating Indian government services was unnecessarily painful — for my family and for millions of others. This site is still small, but growing every week.
If something on the site is wrong, outdated, or confusing — I genuinely want to know. If you want to work together, reach out. I read every email myself.
I try to reply within a day or two. If it's urgent, say so in the subject line.
What people usually write about
Government portals change without warning. If you spot a broken link, an old fee, or an incorrect step — paste the URL and tell me what's wrong. I fix these the same day when possible.
NGOs, legal aid organisations, journalism teams — I'm open to it. Tell me about what you're working on. No templated pitches please, just a straight message about what you have in mind.
If none of the above fits, just write. There's no wrong reason to reach out.
I post updates about new guides, government scheme changes, and the occasional behind-the-scenes of building this.
I can't file applications for you, follow up with a government office, or give legal advice. NagrikIQ is a guides and information platform — if you're stuck on an actual government process, the official grievance portal is pgportal.gov.in.
